Information we collect
When you request a demonstration or contact support, we may collect your name, organisation, work email, telephone number, organisation size and the information you include in your message.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand implementation requirements, provide support and maintain appropriate business records.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by approved service providers used to operate communications and hosting. We retain it only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, customer relationship, security or legal obligations.
Security and your choices
We apply reasonable administrative and technical controls. You may request access, correction or deletion of relevant enquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
